When you contact us for roadside assistance — by phone, text, or email — you may share your name, phone number, vehicle details, and your location so we can send the right technician. If you apply for a job through our careers page, you provide the details on that form, including your contact information, work eligibility, and any résumé you upload.

Payment is collected at your vehicle when the work is complete. We do not collect or store your card numbers on this website.

We run our own first-party, privacy-respecting analytics so we can understand how the site is used and where drivers need us. When you visit, we record:

• An approximate, city-level location(for example, “Queens, NY”), determined from your general network area — not your precise device or GPS location.
