DISCLAIMER
A few important points about our roadside assistance and the information on this website. Most of it comes down to one idea: in a real emergency, your safety and a call to 911 come first.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Not a Substitute for Emergency Services
The NYC Roadside Assistance provides non-emergency roadside assistance. If there has been an accident, anyone is injured, there is a fire, or your vehicle is in a dangerous position — in an active traffic lane, on a highway, parkway, bridge, or shoulder — call 911 first. Our service is not a replacement for police, fire, or medical responders, and we do not perform service in those high-risk locations.
Response Times Are Estimates
Any arrival or response time mentioned on this website or by phone is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. How quickly we reach you depends on traffic, weather, your location, and how busy we are at the time. We always work to get the closest available technician to you as fast as safely possible, and we'll keep you updated — but we cannot promise an exact time.
Service Availability
We aim to provide roadside assistance across all five New York City boroughs and Nassau County, around the clock. Availability and timing are not guaranteed and can vary with demand and conditions. Some vehicles or situations may be outside what we can safely service; if so, we'll tell you honestly when you call and point you toward the right help.
Pricing
We provide a flat price quote by phone before sending a technician. That quote is based on the details you give us, and we'll confirm any change with you before doing additional work. See our Terms of Service for the full pricing and payment terms.
